"I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside her as well as benefit from her expert advice and support "

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Sally for over 11 years, both professionally and personally. During that time, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside her as well as benefit from her expert advice and support for my own rehabilitation and physiotherapy needs.

Sally is without doubt one of the most compassionate and dedicated professionals I’ve ever met. Her depth of experience, professionalism, and friendly nature make her an exceptional physiotherapist who truly cares about the wellbeing of her clients.

I cannot recommend Sally highly enough. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a long-term condition, or simply seeking expert guidance, she will undoubtedly make a positive and lasting impact on your journey.

"Sally came to treat me following a car accident which left me with neck pain."

Sally came to treat me following a car accident which left me with neck pain. Following a thorough examination and manipulation I felt a lot of relief from the pain, pressure and headaches. Sally also advised me on exercises to do which helped with strengthening my neck up. I highly recommend Sally. She is kind and made me feel at ease during my sessions and with any questions I had.

"After falling down the stairs and breaking several ribs, I was in constant pain and could barely get out of bed or even a chair on my own."

After falling down the stairs and breaking several ribs, I was in constant pain and could barely get out of bed or even a chair on my own. Simple movements felt impossible, and I didn’t realize how much I relied on my core muscles until I couldn’t use them without intense discomfort.

Through Sally’s guidance, I learned new ways to move - how to get up without engaging my core muscles and how to support my body safely as I healed. Her patience, expertise, and encouragement made a huge difference in my recovery. I went from struggling with every motion to feeling more confident and independent again. I’m incredibly grateful for the knowledge and care that helped me regain my mobility and quality of life.

"As a beauty therapist, my hands and wrists are essential to my work. After suffering pain in my wrist and arm, I struggled daily."

As a beauty therapist, my hands and wrists are essential to my work. After suffering pain in my wrist and arm, I struggled daily - my wrist often gave way, making even simple tasks difficult and painful. I was worried I might never regain the strength and stability I needed for my job.

Through Sally’s expert advice, I learned how to properly support my wrist and gradually strengthen the surrounding muscles. Her clear explanations and practical exercises helped me rebuild confidence in my movements and reduce discomfort. Thanks to her guidance, I can now work comfortably again and continue doing what I love without fear of my wrist giving out.

"She watched me do this several times to make sure I was happy with the movement and technique."

Prior to going into hospital for surgery on a torn cartilage in my right knee I was having trouble getting upstairs to the toilet. Sally gave me and initially supervised, a series of exercises to help strengthen my arms, shoulders and left leg so that I could get up and down the stairs on my bottom. This made the trips up and down the stairs much safer.

She also demonstrated how to get up and down the stairs with a crutch as I would be using one for some time after the operation. She watched me do this several times to make sure I was happy with the movement and technique.

Carole, Aged 73

"She watched me do this several times to make sure I was happy with the movement and technique."

I have chronic neck problem due to “wear and tear” and whiplash injuries. On several occasions Sally has manipulated my neck which alleviates the symptoms. She has also given me a regime of exercises which help greatly in minimising the periodic pain spasms.

I also had an issue with a tendon in my foot and could barely walk. Sally manipulated it and strapped my foot up. I kept the strapping on for several days and the problem was resolved and I could walk with no pain.

I was impressed with her professional approach and the great relieve I got due to her skill in dealing with both of these issues. I have no reservations in recommending her services.
